Job summary

Freedom Ford of Claypool Hill in Claypool Hill, VA is seeking a Senior Master Technician to perform a wide range of mechanical services on Ford vehicles, diagnose complex issues, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will be Ford-certified with ASE certification, 5+ years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
• Master Technician certification is required
• Ford-certified and ASE-certified
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications
• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
