Job summary

Ford Dealership is seeking a Master Technician to perform a wide range of mechanical services, diagnose and repair complex issues, and provide exceptional customer service. You will work with diagnostic tools, follow manufacturer specifications, and continually improve your technical knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a Master Technician certification, Ford Certification, and at least 5 years of automotive experience.

Qualifications

• Master Technician certification is required.
• Ford Certification required.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
• Communicate effectively with staff to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
