Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Mobile Service Technician for Elder Ford of Tampa to deliver Ford service beyond the shop floor. You will operate a company-provided mobile service van, serving customers across the Tampa Bay area with recall, warranty, and retail work.

This flat-rate role pays up to $90 per flat-rate hour, with opportunities to perform on-site and on-road repairs while maintaining Ford manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ford recall repair experience; ASE and/or manufacturer certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage productivity.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile maintenance, service, and repairs on Ford vehicles throughout the Tampa Bay area.
• Complete Ford recall and warranty repairs while supporting retail and fleet service needs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete work efficiently and accurately to Ford manufacturer standards.
• Manage your workload while delivering quality service.

Elder Ford of Tampa is searching for a new Mobile Service Technician to take Ford service beyond the traditional shop and support customers throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Take your Ford experience on the road with a company-provided mobile service van that becomes your shop on wheels. Serve customers throughout the Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities while supporting a variety of retail, fleet, recall, and warranty work.

This is a flat-rate position earning up to $90 per flat-rate hour.

What You’ll Do

• Perform mobile maintenance, service, and repairs on Ford vehicles throughout the Tampa Bay area
