Central-Florida-Lincoln in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our team. You will perform a wide range of mechanical services, diagnose complex issues, and deliver top-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service to Lincoln clients.

The ideal candidate has Ford and ASE certifications, at least five years of experience as an automotive technician, and a strong track record with diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Ford Certification and ASE Certification are required.
• Minimum of 5 years as an Automotive Technician; Master Technician preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills; strong communication with customers.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose complex mechanical issues.
• Previous experience at a Ford or Lincoln dealership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports on repairs and services performed.
• Ensure work meets highest standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Continually update technical knowledge through training and certifications.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
