Required 2+ years of hands-on Ford fleet experience, proficiency with diagnostics and wiring diagrams, and a clean driver’s license.

• 2+ years hands-on experience repairing Ford or comparable domestic fleet platforms.
• High proficiency with advanced electronic diagnostic software, wiring schematics, and mechanical system teardowns.
• Formal certifications (ASE or Ford Factory Training) are heavily preferred but not mandatory with verified journey-level experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Fleet Diagnostics:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light-to-medium duty Ford fleet trucks, vans, transit vehicles, and hybrid platforms.
• System Overhauls:Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic powertrain systems using Ford IDS (Integrated Diagnostic System) equipment.
• Minimize Downtime:Execute rapid-response diagnostic and preventative maintenance to ensure commercial client vehicles stay on the road.
• Detailed Logging:Keep clear, accurate service records and warranty documentation compliant with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
