Qualifications

• ASE or Ford Training preferred but not mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Ford fleet trucks, vans, transit vehicles and hybrids.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and powertrain systems using Ford IDS equipment.
• Minimize downtime with rapid diagnostic and preventative maintenance to keep client vehicles on the road.
• Maintain clear service logs and warranty documentation per dealer and manufacturer standards.

We are looking for an experienced Ford Fleet Service Technician who prioritizes high-quality mechanical troubleshooting and fast turnaround times over formal paper credentials.

Core Responsibilities

• Fleet Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light-to-medium duty Ford fleet trucks, vans, transit vehicles, and hybrid platforms.
• System Overhauls: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic powertrain systems using Ford IDS (Integrated Diagnostic System) equipment.
• Minimize Downtime: Execute rapid-response diagnostic and preventative maintenance to ensure commercial client vehicles stay on the road.
• Detailed Logging: Keep clear, accurate service records and warranty documentation compliant with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing Ford or comparable domestic fleet platforms.
• High proficiency with advanced electronic diagnostic software, wiring schematics, and mechanical system teardowns.
• Formal certifications (ASE or Ford Factory Training) are heavily preferred but not mandatory for individuals with verified journey-level field experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits
