Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York is hiring energetic diesel technicians to join our growing team in York, PA. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, year-round work, and a competitive hourly pay range of $23–$48.

Responsibilities include providing technical service, inspecting safety devices, completing repairs, and test‑driving to ensure optimal performance. We provide air‑conditioned shops, paid training, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of fleet (diesel) or dealership technician experience.
• Own tools and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license with clean record.
• ASE and CDL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed.
• Properly complete the service and/or repairs assigned by supervisor.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly.
