Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York is seeking energetic diesel technicians to join our growing team. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualified technicians, with hourly pay ranging from $23 to $48, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

We provide air-conditioned shops, paid training, a 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of fleet (diesel) or dealership technician experience,

Qualifications

• 1 year of Fleet (diesel) or dealership technician experience required.
• ASE and CDL certifications preferred.
• Possess own tools.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed.
• Properly complete the service and/or repairs assigned by supervisor.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure that they run smoothly.
