Lithia Ford of Roseburg is seeking an experienced Ford Certified Technician to join our service team. Earn $39.00 per flat-rate hour and up, with pay depending on experience and certifications. We value accuracy, diagnostics, and the customer experience.

You'll perform repairs, diagnose issues, road test, and document results while maintaining ASE and manufacturer standards. Applicants should have 4 years of dealership/OEM experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to work with manual

Ford Certified Technician:

What You’ll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards .
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.

What You’ll Bring

• Prior Automotive Technician experience required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, trucks and vans with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Ability to navigate new technology with ease.
• Eagerness to grow and learn our dealership and the Ford brand.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
