Job summary

Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha, Inc. seeks a Ford Certified Service Technician with ASE certification to join our growing team. The role involves diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, test-driving, and communicating clear estimates to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• ASE Certification required.
• Ford Certification preferred.
• Dexterity and steady hand for precise work.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer specifications, including warranty work.
