Job summary

Wagner Ford is seeking a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong service technician background and Ford certification, with responsibilities including diagnosing and repairing vehicles per repair orders.

Qualifications

5+ years of service technician experience preferred.
Ford Certification preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Dexterity and steady hand, good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent customer service and basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities

Perform work on repair orders efficiently and per dealership standards.
Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
Repair and maintain vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, A/C).
Communicate with Service Advisor about additional repairs and time estimates.
Complete warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
