Qualifications

• Experience as Ford Certified Service Technician preferred.
• Ability to diagnose engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, A/C systems.
• Provide service estimates to Service Advisor and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Test vehicles and diagnose systems to verify repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment to test components.
• Provide estimates for additional repairs to the Service Advisor.
• Assess customer needs and determine effective repair options.
