Job summary

Don Wood Ford is seeking a Senior Master Technician who is Ford-certified to join our service team in Ohio. This role performs a wide range of mechanical services, diagnosing and repairing complex issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ford Certification and ASE Certification required.
Minimum of 5 years as Automotive Technician; Master Technician preferred.
Previous experience at a Ford dealership.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills; proficient with diagnostic tools.
Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follows manufacturer specifications.
Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
