Qualifications

• Ford Certification required.
• ASE Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years as Automotive Technician; Master Technician preferred.
• Previous experience at a Ford dealership.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services on various vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.
• Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications.
• Continually maintain and update technical knowledge through training and certifications.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and services.
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
