Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC, a data-focused company within the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, is seeking a Force Modernization SME to support WAARNG modernization efforts.

This role covers analyzing MTOE changes, coordinating NEF and asset realignment within GCSS-Army, and producing weekly status updates.

The position requires at least 5 years in GCSS-Army logistics, a Secret clearance, and the ability to work collaboratively with G4, PBO, and supported commands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical proficiency in GCSS-Army logistics operations.
• Experience with force modernization activities.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Experience supporting Army force modernization activities.
• Experience with New Equipment Fielding and equipment turn-ins.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level support for WAARNG force modernization and organizational transformation activities.
• Analyze MTOE changes, force modernization requirements, and organizational changes.
• Develop synchronization schedules to align unit property and equipment with changing force structures.
• Coordinate and track New Equipment Fielding's (NEF) and displaced equipment turn-ins.
• Track modernization and equipment status within GCSS-Army.
• Prepare weekly modernization status updates and other required reports.
• Support GCSS-Army and property accountability personnel during major organizational realignments and fielding activities.
