Job summary

Goldbelt Apex in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Senior Logistics Lead / CSDP & Policy SME to guide logistics policy, compliance, and readiness across WAARNG G4. This role leads contractor logistics, analyzes GCSS-Army data, and coordinates cross-functional teams to improve readiness and policy updates.

The position requires 5+ years in GCSS-Army logistics, experience at multiple levels, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Army logistics and GCSS-Army operations.
• Strong understanding of Army logistics readiness and CSDP requirements.
• Experience supporting logistics operations at company, battalion, brigade, and/or command levels.
• Strong knowledge of Army supply and property accountability processes.
• Experience interpreting Army and National Guard logistics regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to analyze logistics data and identify readiness trends and deficiencies.
• Experience developing logistics policies, SOPs, guidance, or recommendations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple logistics functions and competing priorities.
• Strong leadership, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate contractor logistics support activities supporting the WAARNG G4 Logistics Division.
• Provide Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) readiness guidance and assist units preparing for CSDP evaluations.
• Conduct diagnostic readiness reviews and identify logistics deficiencies.
• Assist units with corrective action plans and track remediation efforts.
• Analyze recurring CSDP deficiencies and GCSS-Army data to identify logistics readiness trends.
• Review Army and National Guard Bureau logistics policies, regulations, and updates.
• Develop recommendations for updates to WAARNG G4 policies, SOPs, and command memorandums.
• Provide senior-level logistics guidance and technical assistance across supported organizations.
• Coordinate activities across CSDP, force modernization, NTC support, GCSS-Army, property accountability, FLIPL, and logistics training.
• Coordinate contractor workload, schedules, and support requirements across WAARNG organizations.
• Support development and execution of the Quality Control Plan.
• Ensure required reports and deliverables are accurate and submitted on schedule.
• Serve as the primary contractor lead for day-to-day performance and personnel coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical proficiency in GCSS-Army logistics operations, force modernization, and large-scale brigade deployment operations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Army logistics and readiness operations.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Army National Guard G4 logistics experience.
• CSDP program experience.
• Brigade, division, state G4, or comparable senior logistics experience.
• Experience developing Army logistics policies, SOPs, or command-level guidance.
• Previous contractor team lead, program lead, or supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating logistics support across geographically dispersed organizations.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 annually.
