Job summary
Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Force Modernization SME to provide senior-level support for WAARNG modernization and organizational transformation efforts.
The role requires deep knowledge of GCSS-Army logistics, MTOE analysis, and equipment fielding, with an active Secret clearance. You will coordinate across G4, PBO, and supported commands to resolve readiness issues and produce weekly status reports.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in GCSS-Army logistics and force modernization.
- Experience supporting Army force modernization activities.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Experience with New Equipment Fielding and displaced equipment turn-in.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level support for WAARNG force modernization and organizational transformation.
- Analyze MTOE changes, force modernization requirements, and organizational changes.
- Develop synchronization schedules to align unit property and equipment with changing force structures.
- Coordinate and track New Equipment Fielding’s (NEF) and displaced equipment turn-ins.
- Track modernization and equipment status within GCSS-Army.
- Prepare weekly modernization status updates and other required reports.
- Coordinate modernization activities with G4, PBO, and logistics personnel.
