Qualifications

• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• One year of retail experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to operate company computer systems.
• Available various hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
• Create monthly schedules ensuring balanced staffing across shifts.
• Oversee merchandise processing and floor stock organization.
• Implement store strategies, promotions, and directives; lead inventories.
