• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and price changes.
• Promotes and drives participation in company programs, such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Creates a welcoming store environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
