Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in footwear or specialty retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing product knowledge.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members in store procedures.
• Demonstrate efficient process execution while maintaining athlete-first mindset and store standards.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards per floor sets and signage.
