Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new teammates as a subject matter expert.
• Manages store operations to ensure products are ready for customers and experiences are engaging.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards per floor set plans and signage.
• Promotes customer programs and loyalty initiatives to drive sales.
• Creates an inclusive, respectful store environment aligning with policies and safety guidelines.
