Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for customers through awareness and company service standards.
• Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and stock organization on the sales floor.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Maintain awareness of Loss Prevention concerns involving customers and staff.
• Assist in inventories, shipping/receiving, and merchandise placement as needed.
• Process sales via POS following policy and ensure mates are checked.
