Bass Pro Shops in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Footwear Sales Outfitter (Part-Time) to greet customers, demonstrate footwear, and assist with merchandising and pricing. You will help customers select products, explain features, and promote programs while maintaining a clean, well-stocked floor.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product expertise, and teamwork in a busy retail environment with opportunities to engage shoppers in-store and via promotions.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers and explain features.
• Replenish product on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and pricing/signage.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restocking.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked with supplies.
• Follow Company Policies and Procedures to ensure a legendary customer experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and programs (e.g., CLUB Membership, In-Store Pick-up).
