Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Sales Outfitter to join our Lehi, UT team. You will greet customers, demonstrate merchandise, and share product knowledge to help customers find the best gear. As a part-time team member, you’ll stock shelves, maintain pricing, sign displays, and provide a legendary experience every day.

You’ll work with others to deliver exceptional service and support seasonal floor changes. This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to operate the POS system accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner and provide assistance.
• Demonstrate merchandise and answer product questions to aid buying decisions.
• Replenish shelves and maintain pricing/signage according to guidelines.
• Remain knowledgeable through product training and seasonal changes.
• Assist with floor moves and keep work area clean and stocked.
