• Keep the department ready through stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and inventory counts
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to be a trusted style resource
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the department productive
• Maintain flexibility to meet business needs with varied hours; adapt to shifts in evenings, weekends, and holidays
