• Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory participation.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends to serve as a trusted style resource.
• Show up for your team every shift, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Be flexible to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Follow Up - build lasting relationships via the 2-2-2 method, Nordy Club enrollment, and Personal Book.
