Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a store sales professional in our Shoes department who helps customers feel and look their best through personalized service and fashion expertise.

You will build relationships, deliver fashion-driven recommendations, and work toward personal sales goals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will use Nordstrom’s 5-Point Selling Standard, stay current on trends, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction.
• Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions and outreach.
• Offer honest style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals and stay accountable to results.
• Keep the department customer-ready with stocking, re-merchandising and price changes.
• Stay current on product knowledge and trends as a trusted style resource.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a productive work environment.
• Maintain flexible hours to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Use Follow-Up (2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months) and Nordy Club tools to personalize outreach.
