Job summary

The role drives sales through footwear expertise, coaching teammates, and handling omni-channel requests while promoting core and seasonal products. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year retail experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Numeracy, literacy, listening and communication skills.
• Stand, lift and move up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service based on footwear needs.
• Coach teammates on footwear products and selling practices.
• Complete omni-channel requests per Under Armour policies.
• Promote core and seasonal products with selling knowledge.
• Assist in store operations: cash desk, merchandising, stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Act on feedback from leadership to grow as a teammate.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
