Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store staff.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations: pricing, shipments, fulfillment, and inventory.
• Keep store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable.
• Provide stellar customer engagement and build customer connections.
• Review store performance and drive sales with urgency to achieve goals.
• Uphold company policies and act with integrity.
• Support training and development of teammates.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect fit and recommendations.
