Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store operations including pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Deliver engaging customer experiences and promote the Famous Footwear brand.
• Drive sales through attentive service and knowledge of styles and brands.
