Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist – Footwear to help athletes find the right fit and deliver a personalized, athlete-first shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

In this role you’ll provide expert footwear guidance focused on fit, performance and comfort, support teammates, and uphold store standards. A High School Diploma and 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes and providing accurate product information and recommendations.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert.
• Maintains efficient process execution and keeps athletes engaged with products and services.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards according to floor plans and pricing changes.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and other company initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment with safety and policy compliance.
