You will work across LA and partner studios, advancing future concepts with AI-enabled workflows and advanced 3D tooling while ensuring quality and manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of digital tools and methods for pattern engineering.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD applications with Rhino experience preferred.
• Experience in pattern engineering for footwear and tooling processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse designs for manufacturability, production efficiency, risks and costing opportunities.
• Own pattern and tooling creation, translating design data into technical files and prototypes.
• Provide advanced 2D/3D expertise in cross-functional teams of designers and developers.
• Ensure smooth transition from concept to inline production and partner products.
• Mentor new employees on Adidas standards, processes and systems.
• Stay updated on CAD technology trends and footwear manufacturing.
