Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in engineering.
• At least 5 years in athletic footwear product development, pattern engineering, tooling or design.
• Hybrid work policy with in-office attendance Monday–Thursday in Los Angeles; Friday remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyse designs for manufacturability, production efficiency, risks and costing opportunities.

• Mentor new employees on Adidas technical standards and systems.
• Adopt AI tools to enhance creation workflows and problem-solving.
