Qualifications

At least 5 years in athletic footwear product development, pattern engineering, tooling or design.

Responsibilities

Analyse designs for manufacturability, production efficiency, risks and costing opportunities.
Own the pattern and/or tooling creation process and lead prototyping.
Provide advanced 2D/3D expertise in cross-functional projects.
Ensure smooth transition from concept to inline production.
Mentor new employees on Adidas technical standards and processes.
