Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Footwear Designer II for Team Sports & Cleated to translate athlete insights into innovative concepts and deliver state‑of‑the‑art footwear.

You will collaborate with design leadership to drive concepts for materials, trim and color, manage large-scale projects, and ensure quality and margins across the global assortment. This role offers a hybrid schedule with four days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 3 years.
• Passion for designing compelling and cutting-edge footwear.
• Strong sketching and rendering with Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen product engine from the design side, partnering directly with design leadership.
• Manage large-scale projects and processes.
• Develop sketches, technical packages and BOMs.
• Lead concepts for footwear and color, and ensure price point and margin.
• Present as design lead at category and seasonal milestone meetings.
