Under Armour in Baltimore is seeking a footwear designer to shape future product through purposeful design and storytelling. You will connect with athletes at all levels to translate insights into fit, feel and performance, collaborating across teams to move concepts from concept to shelf.

The role requires a passion for sport culture, strong sketching and 3D skills, and the ability to manage large projects while delivering on tight milestones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or higher.
• Passion for designing cutting-edge footwear.
• Strong appreciation for the culture of sport.
• Solid sketching, illustration and rendering skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen product engine from the design side with leadership.
• Manage large scale projects and processes.
• Develop and execute detailed sketches, technical packages and BOMs.
• Partner with design leadership to drive concepts for footwear and product.
• Present design leads at category and seasonal meetings; ensure milestones.
