The position reports to the Director of Exploratory Design and emphasizes a creator-first approach, developing visual assets and exploratory ideas for Product Creation teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in footwear design or related field.
• Experience in footwear design, innovation and concept development.
• Ability to translate insights into design opportunities.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled design tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends and athlete needs to define opportunities.
• Translate insights into concepts and visual assets for product teams.
• Explore new materials, constructions, and technologies for footwear.
• Create inspiration platforms for future product pipelines.
