Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Developer 1 – Footwear in Baltimore to drive footwear product development from brief to production approval. You will lead cross‑functional teams, optimize fit and comfort, and ensure cost targets and sustainability alignment throughout the process.

You will manage pattern engineering, 2D/3D design, and BOM creation, collaborating with design, sourcing, and manufacturing partners to deliver quality footwear on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in footwear, biomechanics, industrial, chemical engineering or related field.
• Footwear product development experience strongly preferred.
• Experience traveling and working with footwear manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from Brief through Design, Development, Costing and Commercialization.
• Plan and execute development to meet seasonal critical dates for on‑time delivery.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable and meet cost and quality objectives.
