Job summary

You will create concepts and technical drawings for multiple footwear lines, collaborating with product and category teams to deliver compelling stories across Classic Sport, Crocbrand, Echo, Mellow, and SNKRS. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in design, a strong sport sensibility, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant design experience.
• Experience with graphic and/or footwear design, including sketching.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, apparel, graphic design or related field.
• Solid understanding of footwear construction, patterns, color, materials, and manufacturing considerations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concepts, designs, details, materials, and technical drawings for footwear projects in a timely manner.
• Translate athletic, lifestyle and street-sport influences into consumer-relevant color, material, and graphic stories.
• Collaborate with Product Development to refine details and fuel new ideas.
• Work with Category Management to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Support global brand needs with forward-thinking design that resonates with Crocs consumers.
