Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Product Developer to drive footwear design development from ideation to manufacturing, supporting the Product Creation Team on inline products, calendars, and process improvements to meet targets for aesthetics, quality, and cost.

The role requires BOM maintenance, costing communication, sample management, and collaboration with manufacturing partners and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time production and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Two (2+) years in product creation or similar role.
• Expanded conceptual understanding of product development and manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent work.
• Detail oriented with good decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Work with a global, cross-functional product creation team from ideation through commercialization to build products.”
• Analyze design packs and prepare for factory deliverables.
• Maintain Product BOMs and communicate costing for products in development.
• Identify manufacturing, efficiency and costing concerns during development.
• Own the sample process and document revisions accordingly.
• Communicate opportunities to product teams for improved construction, materials, and components.
• Initiate meetings to review, evaluate, and drive on-time production decisions.
