Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and coaching teammates.
• Develop plans with store leadership to meet business priorities and budgets.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures and front-end functions.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention and policy compliance across the team.
