Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product knowledge and service.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to support business priorities.
• Schedule and manage workload to meet goals while ensuring payroll targets.
• Build and lead a strong team, including interviewing, onboarding, and coaching teammates.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and ensure policy compliance.
