Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail setting or similar environment.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing clear, knowledgeable product information.
• Collaborate with SM and ASM to develop 30-60-90 day plans for department priorities.
• Communicate goals to direct reports and assign workload to maximize efficiency.
• Build and lead a team; recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain staff; coach and evaluate performance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, SOPs, and hold teammates accountable.
