Job summary

Rocky Brands, Inc. seeks an IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting product development, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, wholesale, eCommerce, retail operations, and customer service.

This role analyzes processes, gathers requirements, and designs solutions to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, customer experience, and profitability across ERP, PLM, and warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with IT/business focus.
• 3+ years IT Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in footwear/apparel or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong ERP and data reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and gather requirements.
• Create process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications for technical teams.
• Conduct interviews and workshops; translate requirements to designs.
• Analyze footwear processes across product lifecycle, sourcing, inventory, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and data integrity.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
