Job summary

UCI Health is recruiting a fulltime board certified/board eligible orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon. The role includes developing an elective surgical practice at UCI Health community sites and covering general orthopedic call. The ideal candidate will grow a practice, collaborate with community physicians, specialty surgeons, and other providers across the UCI Health system, and hold an M.D.

or D.O. with California licensure.

Qualifications

• Must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree
• Successful completion of fellowship
• Board-certified or eligible
• Eligible for California licensure
• Active and current DEA certification

Responsibilities

• Develop an elective surgical practice at UCI Health community sites
• Cover general orthopedic call
• Grow a practice and foster relationships with community physicians and other providers across UCI Health
• Collaborate with SCAs and other surgeons within the network
