Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Medical Education Clinical Specialist to join the Foot and Ankle Education team in Naples, FL. You will train healthcare professionals and Arthrex reps, delivering technical and clinical content across educational programs and labs.

Some travel is required to support partner programs and events. Ideal candidates have PA/NP credentials, 5+ years in musculoskeletal medicine, and strong skills in PowerPoint and public speaking, enabling effective demonstrations of Arthrex

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in bio-medical sciences or related field.
Certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner is required.
5+ years of experience in musculoskeletal medicine or the orthopedic industry.
Experience as PA/NP/MD/DO in musculoskeletal medicine is required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and clinical support for the training curriculum.
Organize and conduct motor skills labs and training sessions.
Serve as a clinical topic advisor for Arthrex and related departments.
Teach the safe and effective use of Arthrex products and procedure-specific techniques.
Develop online educational content for a learning management system.
