Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree with appropriate certification and licensure required.
• DPM license active or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• CPR certification expected.
• DEA registration or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Provide foot and ankle care in a clinic setting with staff hospital collaboration.
• Assess and treat lower extremity conditions, order imaging and labs, and develop a care plan.
• Educate patients and families on foot care, wellness, medication usage and adherence.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with state regulations and policy.
• Participate in continuing education as required by the state Board of Podiatric Medicine.
