Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Medical Education Clinical Specialist to join the Foot and Ankle Education team in Naples, FL. The role focuses on providing technical and clinical support for the training curriculum, organizing hands-on labs and online content for healthcare professionals and Arthrex representatives.

Qualifications include a biomedical sciences degree, PA/NP certification, and at least 5 years in musculoskeletal medicine or orthopedic settings. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences or related field is required.
• Certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in musculoskeletal medicine or orthopedic industry.
• Experience as PA/NP/MD/DO in musculoskeletal medicine is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of current orthopedic concepts, Arthrex products and clinical procedures.
• Create online educational content for healthcare professionals and learners; produce content for Arthrex LMS; familiarity with PowerPoint and basic video editing is helpful.
• Lead and participate in Arthrex agency partner medical education programs and labs.
• Teach safe and effective use of Arthrex products and procedures; discuss current concepts of patho-anatomy, biomechanics and pathology.
• Provide clinical support in developing digital learning materials and in reviewing materials for clinical accuracy.
