Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Foodservice PIC to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with food safety standards in a clinical setting.

You will manage opening/closing procedures, staff schedules, and temperature controls, while mentoring the team to deliver patient-centered meals with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with the ability to work in a clinical environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as PIC during assigned shifts, overseeing opening and closing procedures.
• Manage staff schedules, cover call-offs, and promote team communication.
• Monitor food safety, including temperature checks and recipe compliance.
• Handle cash, update communication boards, and enforce sanitation standards.
• Train and mentor staff, monitor task completion, and address maintenance issues.
• Read and interpret patient meal tickets, ensuring accurate service.
