Metz Culinary Management is growing, and we have openings for Rock Star Culinary and Hospitality Team Members who share our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking team members for full and part-time roles in a busy K-12 School Cafe setting. This is a great opportunity for Culinary Graduates! Roles Available:

1. Culinary Team Members: Learn the front and back of the Dining Services Industry, perform duties in a hospitality-driven, multi-dining outlet setting, including plating, setup, tear down, prep, dish room, inventory, and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a smile, and enjoy working in a team environment.
2. Line and Prep Cooks: Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus, manage inventory and portion ingredients, assist in kitchen duties. Experience in resort settings is a plus but willing to train passionate individuals.
3. Catering Team Members: Provide catering services for events ranging from casual to black-tie, including creating, transporting, setting up, serving, and breaking down banquet-style food displays with hospitality focus.
4. Cafeteria Substitutes: Work on an as-needed basis in a busy K-12 kitchen, performing duties similar to other roles, requiring a strong work ethic and team spirit.
